It was all a dream...

Janine Hartmann is a Brooklyn born actress, singer and dancer that has been apart of TV/Film, dance and theatre productions all over the country. She recently starred in the short film Full-Figured, that premiered at the BAM Rose Cinema for the Film Festival 2018.  She is also in the 2nd season Emmy award winning online series We Speak NYC and featured on Dept. of Health PrEp ad all over NYC transportation. Hartmann recently performed at Lincoln Center for artist DJ Tunez for OkayAfrica in summer 2018.

Her other credits include the short film 5411 for HYCIDE magazine, online tv series We Speak NYC, Off-Broadway musicals The Wiz, The Boy From Oz, Black Panther Women and commercials for Blue Man Group, Chase and more. Hartmann was featured in Gloria Downey’s award winning short film Forgive Me Father and also showcased her singing ability performing Amazing Grace during the climax beheading scene in film that still gives people chills. 

Hartmann was also apart of Pretty Big Movement dance company performing alongside them at the Female Hip Hop Awards.
